We're a tight-knit design-build team based in Cambridge, Ontario. For over a decade we've been turning ordinary yards into the kind of outdoor spaces homeowners actually live in — pools, patios, fences and the proper grading underneath that makes it all last.
Our story
Diadem started in 2013 with a simple idea: homeowners across Waterloo Region deserve outdoor spaces that are designed properly, built honestly, and still look great a decade later.
What began as one truck and a small crew has grown into a full-service design-build team — but the principle hasn't changed. The person who quotes your project is on site while it's being built. The base goes in right even though nobody will see it. The job isn't done until you're standing in your yard, happy.
We're proud to be a family-run business, and we treat every client's home like one too.

Tom starts Diadem Landscapes with a single truck and a focus on doing right by Cambridge homeowners.
First full-time builds team comes on board. Hardscape and retaining wall work becomes a specialty.

Diadem installed a back interlock patio with new stairs, side walkway, submerged a side downspout, fixed existing patio stones near the front created a nice ramp/walkway, installed sod and created a garden between the patio and fence. Our
