Frequently asked
Composite costs more upfront but needs almost no maintenance. Cedar and pressure-treated look beautiful and cost less, but need staining or sealing every few years. We'll walk you through the trade-offs.
In most Ontario municipalities, decks over 24" off grade or attached to the house require a building permit. We handle the application and inspections.
Most residential decks take 1–2 weeks on site once we start, depending on size, height, and railing systems.
