Overview
Great sod starts under the sod. We grade for proper drainage away from the house, add screened topsoil where needed, and roll the base before a single piece goes down.
Sod is laid in a brick pattern with tight seams, cut clean against beds and walkways, and rolled in to ensure root contact. We finish with a watering plan so you know exactly what to do for the first three weeks.
